Indonesian corn fritters (Bakwan Jagung)
Instructions
- Put the shallot, garlic, celery and corn in the blender (in portions if the blender is not so big)
- Add coriander, salt and pepper to the corn mixture and mix
- Add the eggs and mix well
- Add flour until a nice not too liquid mixture remains
- Form cakes the size of your handpalm and deep fry for 3 to 4 minutes on each side until golden and crisp
