- Cook the rice in a rice cooker
- Boil the lentils for about 15 minutes until soft but not mushy
- Fry up the onions and mushrooms with the curry powder and allow to cool down.
- Add eggs one at a time.
- Take the spring roll sheets and add the egg mixture in the middle.
- Fold into an envelope, using the egg from the egg mixture to glue the edges.
- Shallow fry in low heat vegetable oil for about 5 minutes each, flipping once or twice.
