Instructions

  1. Make a stock out of the chicken one day in advance
  2. Remove the meat from the chicken and tear it into small pieces. Add 1 tbsp of fish sauce
  3. Boil the chinese vegetables in the chicken stock
  4. Cook the noodles and drain. Mix with 2 tbsp of vegetable oil and 2 tbsp of fish sauce
  5. Serve noodles with the salted chicken, vegetables and chicken stock
