Bakpao
Instructions
- Mix the dough ingredients until smooth (approx 15 min)
- Cut out 26 circles of baking paper the size of your bun
- Make 26 balls out of the dough and flatten them on a piece of baking paper
- Put the filling on top and fold it in the bun by covering it from the sides
- Cover with a kitchen towel and let is set for 1 hour
- Steam the buns for 20 minutes
