Instructions

  1. Mix the dough ingredients until smooth (approx 15 min)
  2. Cut out 26 circles of baking paper the size of your bun
  3. Make 26 balls out of the dough and flatten them on a piece of baking paper
  4. Put the filling on top and fold it in the bun by covering it from the sides
  5. Cover with a kitchen towel and let is set for 1 hour
  6. Steam the buns for 20 minutes
