Instructions

  1. Chop mushrooms, onion and garlic
  2. heat pan to medium heat and add onion when warm. lightly caramilize onion and add mushrooms. Cook for about 7 min.
  3. Add chopped garlic and paprika to pan and fry for a couple of minutes
  4. Add tomato paste and slightly caramilize the tomato
  5. Add vegan cream and bring the mix to a simmer.
  6. While simmering prepare the carbs.
  7. Serve the stew on top of carbs. Alternetively, you can sprinkle with fresh parsley
