Instructions

  1. Put the shallot, garlic, celery and corn in the blender (in portions if the blender is not so big)
  2. Add coriander, salt and pepper to the corn mixture and mix
  3. Add the eggs and mix well
  4. Add flour until a nice not too liquid mixture remains
  5. Form cakes the size of your handpalm and deep fry for 3 to 4 minutes on each side until golden and crisp
